On February 1 and 2, 2025, the first edition of LUCCA OLIVE OIL YOU will take place, an event that will focus on Italian gastronomic excellence and artisan extra virgin olive oil, which will be the subject of lectures, conferences, show-cooking and tastings from a historical, nutritious and organoleptic point of view. Everything under the artistic direction of the Master of olive oil Maestrod’olio Fausto Borella and his entire team.

Our oil will therefore be part of this careful selection of excellence at the two-day event to be held in Lucca, Tuscany, with the participation of producers, national and international press, professionals in the sector, consumers and local restaurateurs.
